Let me know if there are any problems. (There shouldn't be!) Enjoy your (somewhat) cleaner environment!

The Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch has this change as well, could be worth it to add it to the description

Really wish I could download the unofficial patch but the only DLC I have is DLC Robot. I'm in no rush to buy the DLC's since there are so many mixed reviews for the value-content.

you should've bought the whole DLCs, for your missing out some of the great mods out there.

This mod works, but I don't know will it also disable some effects like “disarm target on hit"?

And I find a small bug to sure it's related to this mod or not, every time I kill someone in VAT, their weapons always show in middle of reloading state, the mag is half out of the gun.

It's entirely possible that some bugs still exist in the game engine. All this mod does is change one variable. It doesn't touch anything else. So any bugs "caused" by this mod are bugs in the game engine. :/

Does this mod also remove previously dropped weapons which were present in the game world before installing this mod?

No, 'cause then I'd have to edit your save files. Nobody wants me tinkering with their save files!

This was made with CK right? The first Post said the other version caused CTD.

Yes, it was make with the CK. That doesn't promise that it won't cause any problems, but should help. I've never experienced CTD's from this myself, but everyone's situation is different.

Yeah, also chances are this will eventually be added to UF4P. (Skyrim had the same thing) But this will be a good sub for me.

Setting iDeathDropWeaponChance to 0 can result in increased ctd. I used to use the No weapon drop on death mod which changes the same game setting. But i found it was increasing the amount of ctd's i was getting so had to remove it.

Interesting. I guess it's just another one of those quirks in the game engine. I would think it'd actually reduce CTD's, but then there's a lot about the game engine that doesn't make sense!

I never had one ctd from that setting, same with the setting in Skyrim, but it did have some wierd effects in FO4. The weapons look broken in their hands, and don't dead bodies become impossible to move, until you take the weapon off the bodies? It wasn't a massive problem for me though. Sometimes the bodies would disappear and weapons remained, so I'd rather they take their weapons with them.

Personally, I've never experienced a CTD from this setting. However, I absolutely realize, that for whatever reason, no two people have the exact same experience with FO4, even if zero mods are used (vanilla)! So ... *shrug*

As for moving the bodies with the weapons still on them, I'm pretty sure that Bethesda fixed that, as I'm able to move them. If you still aren't, then ... Bethesda.

So what exact difference between this mod and No weapon drop on death? From comments i didn't get it?

Really, no difference. You can continue to use that mod instead.

This one was made with the official Creation Kit (CK), but for this VERY small mod, I'm entirely sure that it doesn't matter.

You can also just enter "setgs iDeathDropWeaponChance 0" every time you start the game, if you don't want to use a mod to do it. This is what I do, in fact. So it's whatever you prefer. Some people prefer not to use console commands.

Just a heads up. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3757/? does the same thing. It was added to the Nexus back on 30/11/2015.

I can't speak to what Gers said though. I've used it since release and I've crashed once in 600 hours upon loading into the commonwealth world.

Thanks for the heads-up! I've changed the description to give a nod to boogiepls and that mod.

Also, good to know that I'm not the only one where these mods don't cause CTD's! Thanks!
