Alcohol in real world is unadvised in survival scenarios cause indeed produces dehydratiation when the body assimilates it, unless is a drink with not a great amount of alcohol, so i think thats the reason why the devs made it that way.
Thank god. Stims/chems without dehydration ftw. Jesus christ it's like my dude is a water machine that takes in 10 billion gallons of water a day. Now if we can have a mod that slows the dehydration and food need to a slower pace......................
Agreed 110% mate! Love the challenge in new survival but hunger and thirst is at a ridiculous rate which feels very unrealistic. You take a few steps and have to eat and drink again. All inventory goes to keep water and food + when you play a session and think back on it all you remember is drinking and eating ffs, lol.

THANK GOD! I was so sick of drinking 6 god damn water bottles only to use 2 stimpacks and have to drink 6 more. Really Bethesda? THATS realistic to you?
