I'm currently working on version 1.1 where The perk requirements will be changed, an empty core will be added when an in-use core is depleted in power armor (HUD notification also). Thusly allowing the emptied cores to be added in the recipe. Further down the line I will be exploring upgrading the fusion core capacity and run down. Or even a regenerating Quested Core/s.
