    Trying to alter my settlers and noticed that a few of them cannot have their hair style or color changed. I can navigate to the hair style selection menu, I can select a hair option, but the hair style does not physically change, either when hovering over the option, or actually selecting it. I can even select a hair style, accept the change, and LooksMenu behaves as if the hair style was changed -- and even after saving and reloading after the change, the hair style/color just will. not. change. On the same NPC I can edit other facial features, or add makeup, grime, etc. with no issue.

      Same here actually, for females only, working fine for male npc / settlers.

      You cannot change the face/hair of regular core game female NPC's eg Those beginning with FF...… I have not tried it on males.
      It usually works fine on females from other mods.

      (Barring the fact this is a dead post, here's how I fixed it)

      Type;
      'SLM 14' into the console (without the ' ' marks)
      Cycle through the facial presets and return to the one you were on previously. (This will reset everything from the neck up)
      Choose the hairstyle you had \ want and now you can freely edit the color from that point on whenever you wish.
      (PS: Cycling through the facial presets will reset everything from the neck up, so I advise you to take note of what modifications you made to your face so you can reapply them, i.e. makeup, piercings, scars etc.)

      From what I've experienced - you only need to apply this workaround once after installing this mod, just to kick things into gear.
