Even after I uninstall Looksmenu 1-6-6, I'm getting an error message from LooksMenu saying I'm running the old version of LooksMenu for FO4 1.9.4, is there a file I need to delete somewhere to remove it completely? I don't get that message with LooksMenu installed. I have F4SE 0.6.6 installed. I'm trying to fix a CTD bug from a mod but its still CTD after all mods uninstalled via NMM. Please see the other post as I could not attach a picture in this section.
In my case, NMM didn't completely remove the mod and left a plugin inside of of F4SE. I believe it was called F4EE or something similar. When I deleted that plugin the error message disappeared.

I don't get that message with LooksMenu installed.
