The gore is invisible until a save and reload at which point it becomes visible. This is an issue for all creatures excluding humans and ghouls
With the archive extracted to loose files and BodyGen.pex is deleted, the gore works as intended with the rest of looks menu still functional. What does BodyGen.pex actually do?
