Sounds like a good mod, but as the other comment here says, not a whole lot to go on yet. I suggest adding a quest and a unique gun with this, or something with a bit more incentive. Or, the other mod you are working on, why not plop this in and use it for part of that quest (grab an item from it or something). I have 251 mods installed, so no offense, can't pull out other things for a cave. That all said: thanks for your contribution to the community, keep up the hard work, and never stop improving.
I've been using these first few mods as learning exercises and all the comments I am getting really helpful and are giving me Ideas for future mods. So thank you for your contribution to my learning and the next mod is definitely going to be bigger.
I'm running shy on room for mods, too, so I suggestion(request?). Why not combine your individual location mods into an all'n'one mod? Personally, I'd love to have them bundled with your quest mod, since I'd like to have them all anyway. Thank you for sharing. I'm trying to figure out how to mod, but the learning curve is STEEP, so I really appreciate People like you, who make my game better now, instead of 3-6 months from now.
It would help if you specified where "bBorderRegionsEnabled=0" should be located. A good modder assumes his/her audience is a few fries short of a happy meal
It doesn't have an explicit story to it, it is more a reference to The Long Dark on of my favorite survival. The items are hand placed but all vanilla. I plan on adding more different items and unique ones eventually.
Thanks for the answer. I respect your work but as it stands, it's basically nothing more than any other random location in the Wastelands. Therefore I fail to see any reason to give it a try atm.
