What is it?
What this mod does is allows the player to craft Vertibird Grenades under a few conditions;

Main File: First the player MUST be allied with the Brotherhood of Steel. Second is that you must have the second rank of "Demolition Expert."
New Test Version: Must be allied with Brotherhood of Steel and completed "Show No Mercy." Second you need the second rank of "Demolition Expert."
                           and I added variables that SHOULD unlock Vertibird Grenades once the player completes the appropriate quests for the RR and MM.
Recipe
I didn't want to go overboard on required materials, because I think some of the materials are a bit difficult to find so...
1 Adhesive
2 Aluminum
2 Oil
1 Spring

Why?
Not everyone likes to fast travel but it really sucks when you don't have access to your ride. This aims to fix that.

Will this work for other factions?
Probably, I think I've got that situated now. If it doesn't work the way I think it should, I'll upload a version I know will work with the other factions.

All of my "tiny" mods will be being merged into a collection soon. I'll leave individual files available for those that only want specific things. Cheers!

Credit to SamusKnight2k for pointing out the "QuestCompleted" variable that allows you to unlock the item AFTER completing a specific quest.
