It's a known issue. There is a mod to be able to move the master workbench, or, through the console you can simply disable the workbench since just holding the select button (or whatever key it is on keyboard) opens the build menu without actually having to open the workbench. Please try these and see if any of this helps.
Theres one certain spot on the island where all my settlers get stuck in an infinite loop of falling through the ground, teleporting back to the surface, but then falling into the ground again. anyone else getting this?
Hey there, started using this mod yesterday and it seems pretty solid so far. Just for anyone (PC Users Only) using this mod, if there's something out of place that you can't move or scrap, you can always use the console to disable it. This mod in combination with scrap everything and a few others makes the mod work virtually flawlessly. Anything floating that cannot be moved or scraped can be disabled and with scrap everything, it won't come back after a bit.
AUTHOR: I like this mod. I do have just a few questions though. Upon arriving to the island, a lot of the Mirelurks spawn underneath the ground and one must activate 'tcl' in the console to clear them. With that being said, how does this mod handle both the spawning and transferring of settlers to the island? I have not had a chance to test this yet.
I'll look into the spawn markers for the mirelurks. I eliminated a few of them because they were buggy when I was testing, but I thought I'd got it worked out. To my memory, they're all placed at the appropriate height to prevent any sort of clipping, but I'll definitely revisit it. As far as settler spawning goes, I left that untouched. I don't understand how it works, so I just left it as it was because I for sure would've broken it if I tried to change anything. It seemed to be working fine when I tested sending settlers to and from the island, and tested a settlement beacon.
The mirelurks underneath the ground is still an issue. I had to tcl and kill them that way. I downloaded this today and at least 5 of them were under the workshop area. I'm hoping settlers won't be affected by this bug as well.
I'm having some trouble. After playing an hour or two, building my settlement on the island, it started acting up. See image for reference: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/937179664410897328/49DE537D7D046DF39D7CE2A9FABF8FD25B286E0B/
None of the ithems floating can be scrapped and they can't be selected with the console - so I can't get rid of them in any way I know of. Worth noting is that I scrapped the whole the metal shack with the speakers the first thing I did. Now it's back, floating in the air.

I can't remember if I tested sending companions to the island in the latest version, but it worked before. I tested it with settlers, and everything appeared to be working properly, but I can't say for sure about companions. Is there anyone that can second this issue?
I am not only getting the floating workbench, I am also getting floating hills pieces, bushes, crates and many other things like buildings! I would suggest scrapping the entire island and instead of flattening it. I would just flatten the outer edge so people could build a wall around it. Looks cool though either way! Just wish there were not so many floating objects. Some of them were able to be scrapped but most were not able to be!
It takes maybe a half hour to clear the rest of the island. Anything that 'Scrap Everything' won't clear, the console will with a quick click and disable. Scrap Everything clears almost every bit of what's left, not much to console out.
This can also be fixed by starting the game over with the mod active. I know that would be a pain in the ass but I did it and having visited the island for the second time, all of the floating objects were gone...

I don't want to have to start over if possible.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
