This mod adds a third, and potentially overpowered, rank to blitz.
-What Does It Do?
It will allow you to attack an enemy from a much greater distance and much like rank 3, will allow you to do more damage based on how far away you were from the enemy.
-How to install?
Drag the esp over to your Fallout 4 Data folder and activate using your favorite mod manager.
-Bugs?
Only one I've seem to noticed is that your character will very rarely stay in place but still do damage to the target as if you were right next to him/her.
