      I added an alternative version which removes the lights and just places some streetlights around that area.

   Nice fix! I'm frequently shocked by BethSoft's light placement. This is one small step in fixing their broken ass bike. Thanks!

   When console modding support is released I hope to get something like this added right away along with other areas.
   
   But I think console mods will have more restrictions placed on the because of limited power the consoles has.
