The chem can now be crafted at the chem bench with 2 nuclear material and 2 brain fungus (no perks are required)
[UPDATE, 3/31/2016] Should be compatible with the new perks added by Far Harbor. Let me know if there are any issues. Also let me know if there are any other mods that add perks to the perk chart that I need to ensure compatibility with.
[UPDATE, 9/9/2016] Works with the new Nuka World perks.
I am going to take a wild guess and say the guy who just edited and reuploaded this is probably still using your code and still doesn't understand why he shouldn't edit and upload other people's mods without consent.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention, but their file page says they made it from scratch, and I'm not inclined add to their download count to make sure that's true, haha.
I wrote a post in about that, since he is clearly trying to spin the narrative and pass himself as the victim. The guy doesn't understand why you banned him, which shows he has a large ego unable to realize that he is in fact the villain. I reported his mod for thievery and I will compare the two of them since I'm 99% sure he just used your mod and just added slight modifications so he can pretend your mod is in fact his work.
"Trying to spin the narrative and pass himself as the victim. Has a large ego unable to realize that he is in fact the villain".... reminds me of a certain metal clad villain, this sounds like a job for... THE SILVER SHROUD!
To be fair, some people want a vanilla version which is not being supported here in which they ended up doing what they have done. If there is a more clean version as an option then people would not have to resort to that.
If you can fit it into an update without too much extra effort, would you mind awfully creating a version that eschews the f-bombs? I swear plenty in my day-to-day but, for some reason, Brainfuck and the associated messages rub me the wrong way (wish I understood why...). I love this mod and it is damned handy when I choose a wrong perk or just want to adjust things every ten levels or so.
This mod doesn't actually give you back all of your Perk Points. It only affects the Points you invested into actual Perks. Points you invested into S.P.E.C.I.A.L. are not affected by this mod. In other words, if you invest two or three Points into Luck or Charisma, even after using the Chem, you will still retain your Perked up Luck or Charisma. You WILL be awarded your full Perk Point allocation, minus those Points, however.
Not a huge problem. And I guess it's technically not an oversight in the Mod's description. But it is still helpful to have this clarification to anyone expecting a full-on respec--as I did.
So load order is kinda full.. Would it work if I installed this mod, respec'ed my perks, saved the changes. Then uninstalled this mod and continued with my playthrough? Or would that screw up my game
I don't THINK that would cause any issues. Always keep backups of saves before doing any experiments like that just in case, haha, but as far as I can remember, there's nothing in the script that would make that at all problematic.

Otherwise, this is a great mod!
Edit: Nvm, I think I've found some containers which content was generated during the effects of Scrounger.
