I'm sorry I haven't been active on this mod everyone, I've been putting in a lot of time into working on Grenade Expansion Pack 2 and have found myself neglecting this mod. But beyond that, I'm at a point where I'm not quite sure where to take this one, as I don't feel I'll ever be able to make it perfect and fix all the problems with it. For those experiencing issues with 1.5.0, I advise rolling back to 1.4.5 as it has the same features, but is less compatible with other mods compared to earlier versions. I want to make this mod better but I'm just not sure if I can due to engine limitations, limitations in time, and limitations in ability.
That doesn't mean this mod is abandoned, but it does mean that future updates will likely continue to be slow. I'm sorry for the lack of responses most of all, I should have at least been responding to comments but have failed to, that is something I'll try better to keep up on. This mod has taken a lot of time to even get it this far, and I've become fatigued from working on it while still staring at so many issues. Overall, sorry everyone for not being able to do better with this one.
You're doing great. No need to apologize for implementing features that a gigantic multimillionaire corporation with more than enough resources and manpower were too lazy to put in themselves.
but if you can work some time into it, could you check on mod compatibility with See-Through Scopes? I ran both of these mods a while back before my hard drive wipe and remember hitting a few bumps, but these two mods together make a nearly fantastic experience, having a weapon that is truly yours and being able to shoot it like your really there... its almost like Fallout is getting everything good from COD while leaving out all the crap
Please, please Make a flashlight for the Nukaworld AK with the new right hand animation reload, and See through scopes it looks amazing just needs that last piece in way of a flashlight.
Hey I think you have a wonderful mod her it’s awesome I play on the Xbox and love it although there seems to be a lot of little buggies not I know this is going out on a limb I was wondering if you could give this mod to public domain so long as you are credited this is an amazing mod but this mod is needing attention it’s not getting I was hoping other moders who have the time and passion would be allowed to work on this and fix it up cause I really would like to use it without all the insects it has I love the mod and wanna help make it better all I’m asking for is your permission
I commented independently but I feel this would be more likely to reach you, I don't know how Nexus does it's comment updates. I would like to know if you can release a version without the stealth penalties for lasers? I'm using it in FO4VR, as many VR titles use lasers for aiming, and it's helped a ton with my accuracy and precision, but it's ruined stealth gameplay, and no other mod seems to do this.
The creation kit doesn't work with FO4VR it seems (downloaded it and it can't seem to find the game), so I figured I'd ask you since hopefully it's a quick change.

You can make dynamic shadows with FO4Edit. Find "TacticalMods.esp" > Light > Flags (sorted). Click edit and remove "NonShadow Spotlight', then add "Shadow Spotlight". Well done. I also recommend increasing "Near Clip" so that your weapon does not cast a shadow.
You can do it yourself. In FO4Edit find "TacticalMods.esp" > Object Modification > *WeaponName*_GunLamp > Propertis (sorted) and click "Add". A new variable will be added, you need to change it: Value Type - FormID,Int; Property - Keywords; Value1 FormID - PowerArmorHelmetLightOverride [KYWD:000B34A6]; Value2 Int - 1; Step - 0. Now the flashlight will work in power armor.
Btw, unfortunately I don't know how to make the flashlight turn off when the player puts the weapon down. If anyone knows, write me please.
Will you also have future support for the nukaworld dlc crafted assault rifle? It is a pity that it does not have it and I would love to be able to put these accessories on the weapon.
Last time I tried it the answer was no. That was on console and I'm on PC now so perhaps it's different. The HMAR isn't listed on the description page at all.
Im playing in VR the Laser works. With less effort than the VR Laser mod. Im afraid to use it because of the CTDs with legendarys. Maybe erase it from the leveld list?

Hello there, thanks to your mod I could finally make a build where bayonets are a viable option in combat and have really been enjoying it, so thanks for that! The only critique I have is that they somehow reduce the range of whatever gun they are attached to, which makes it so shotguns have almost no range with a fully upgraded bayonet attached.
I don't want to bug you for an updated version of your mod, but I was wondering if it was possible to remove that effect on my end. If it is possible, what setting would I have to change, and which file would I find it in?
