   german version here, ive tried to play fallou4 againa and this bug has been driving me nuts , i uinstalled alot of mods trying to figure this one out, well i guess its this mod that causing it. using hd pack too

   Had the same problem and installed the following instead, problem fixed

   Does exactly the same, doesn't modify base game files just extend dialogs. Plus it has icons like a door to exit conversation, useful I guess

   Yep, still a problem with the US version. There's a separate mod/patch someone made, but it does jackshit and messed up my pipboy's brightness permanently on that save

   I use RU-version of 'Full Dialogue'. And some modes from Nexus and modes from Creation Club get "LOOKUP FAILED". If i delete 'Full Dialogue' - problem disappears. I want playing with "full dialogue", but this LOOKUP FAILED really annoys me. Need help :)

      I had the same problem with the English version. I tried to pick up a vault jumpsuit and it said, "LOOKUP FAILED! added" When I looked at it in my inventory, the jumpsuit was called "LOOKUP FAILED!" 
      
      I'm not sure why this mod makes the game unable to identify some items.

      I don`t know either, but i kicked that shite faster from my mod list than you can imagine.
