    Creation kit 2.0 is on Public, this mod was made under creation kit and no Cell Reset.

    Now we just need to merge the cleanup mod with this one with some more improvements.

    Not pressing you to do anything, I am aware to mod is hidden and I understand the reason and I know how hard it is to make changes, just trying to give you some incentive to carry on. I wish I could do some Navmesh merging and I would be quite happy to help but as I said before I am not so good with Navmeshing.

    Codsworth did a good job maintaining the house in pristine condition, now we just need to be able to move things around as an option, you could either make a receipt for the existing furniture, containers and so on, scrap-able or not so the Workshop menu can be used on it, ofc there are mods that do that but you made custom ones, new formIDs so there is a need for those to be movable or scraped in case people want to make changes, I am going to make those changes for personal use anyway.

    The Ottoman "PlayerHouse_Ottoman01 [STAT:00075F4C]"can easy be changed to a proper seat, just swap it with the Workshop one, make a custom (you can use the static nif from the pristine one)or use material swap for a clean version, plus some of other statics can also be turned into furniture...

    I am going to undelete all the records you deleted an change it to disable (opposite of parent >> -3000 Z and scale it to 0, I have my custom xEdit scripts to do that ) for compability reasons with other mods and to avoid bugs.

    The kitchen could be improved either with iddle markers or proper furniture so npcs can use it and even the player, like the oven could be use as a cooking station, again a case of swapping statics with furniture. OFC people can do that with mods that have those functionalities but it's nice to have it all in one package.

    I will try to make some of the above changes for my personal use and will let you know how it worked.

      A: Wait for harbour, then i'm thinking i'm going to do from scratch, you are right you guys need something scrap just hang in there.

      A: Well if you want to help drop me on PM and we can talk about it, i had quite epic idea for that any modder can help so we all can benefit in one game i don't want fallout 4 had a bad reputation again thats why i kept updating the game, not saying bethesda is lazy or anything i mean i'm just one guy making the mod from scratch its pain on the butt sometime but hey its just works, if you know how to work with navmesh i'm going to remake my entire file from scratch don't worry. quite support you gave there.

      A: the thing with the ottoman the regular navmesh have no existing animation yet because i have no knoweldge on animation, if you want to contribute i let you edit my latest mod, fyi drop me a pm like i said every idea people had and wanting to contribute i don't mind .

      A: do what you think its good to, make a patch for mod i made, again pressing matters i have no knowledge on this i would be happy if i got help from all over.

      A: As for the kitchen its static for reason bethesda doesn't put all certain objects have animation some dont so if you can animate it go for it you have my permission .

      original pre-war foundation have no navmesh remember how homemademaker make the foundation exist on workshop npc can't step on it , its a hard work but i manage to pull everything i had it just works.

      eh, i rarely got rest because i'm testing this now i will try don't worry i sleep when i got the chance.

      that will come with an update soon, i had ideas on that just hang in there, i get rid of it because of survival mode no fun cheating all the time

      The house length across from end to end and not some silly toilet room stall that can fit one suit of power armor or a couple of storage containers if your lucky, is the room big enough for all yourmagazine racks work stations and storage containers, a good drop off point and trophy room?

      it's big enough to fit strong in it lol, just kidding i sized everything in paper before making that basementso you can actually walked around in spaced area and still have place to decorate . sorry i'm kind of tired atm to explained.
