I've completely rewritten the mod from scratch, including a new esp. I haven't encountered any issues updating my own saves to the new version, but I can't account for every scenario. I recommend following these instructions to minimise any issues: 1) back up your saves 2) uninstall the mod from the in-game settings menu 3) save your game 4) disable or delete the mod 5) load your game 6) save your game 7) install the new version of the mod 8) ? 9) profit
In practice you can just update the mod and everything should work. But if you do run into issues I recommend trying the above.
If you run into any other issue, please reply below, or submit a bug report.
On version numbering: I've opted to restart the version numbering, starting with v2.0. I originally was trying to match the Bethnet version with the one here, but Bethnet will hopefully soon have custom versioning so I've opted to restart the version number.
>It seems the mod doesn't work on the steam deck. It loads because I can see the save button to the right of the sleep button but when I press X to save it doesn't save the game. I'm using the same mods that I use in my PC and there it works properly.
Affecting me too. Not a controller thing as I just tested that
Great idea for a mod, it's even more balanced than the balanced quicksave mod. finding beds is still now valuable.
problem is... now you can save scum. quicksave before you need to sleep. and reload the auto save just in case you accidentally caught herpes from the mattress. rinse and repeat to sleep disease free.
which, actually kinda makes sense... i mean, i just built the damn thing, why is it covered in herpes?!
I was hoping to use this mod in combination with Sleep or Save Fixes to maybe cure the "no save bug" with Sanguinaire vampire mod but when I use the Save-O and close the Pipboy it does nothing.

Needs this as far as I can tell:
Sleep Or Save Fixes - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/63033?tab=posts&BH=0
not to get the benefits of sleeping without actually sleeping
see the save button to the right of the sleep button but when I press X
to save it doesn't save the game. I'm using the same mods that I use in
