Are you only playing at night ? You don't want people to be able to see your armor ? Why people make screenshots and videos during the night to showcase their work is beyond me. Is it just a black recolor with red dots ?
mate, why does papa pictures in the dark, the view the people as beautiful he illuminates when the light is off, that's the clou. put them on in the sunshine and you'll see it's not just black.

No, he made his own glow textures. I can tell by the line down the ridge of the arms not being centered as mine are. Took some work getting those centered right. if the OP wants to compare mine to his, he is free to do so. Being he has made his own from scratch, no credit is even needed.
No problem, and i saw the above about adding stats to this mod. Please feel free to use my .esp as a teplate. I gave mine a couple bonuses with it and added it as a new finish. This way all stock finishes still exist.

Edit: Is like ... I know by the textures files that the whale and the submarine can be found in the game and predator fish bell not for nothing because are ... therefore I could on the network by looking what is where or what is Revealed ..... = D but for me this has consequences.
yes that is still on my todo list but currently I work on other gimmicks for my armors at time ... and depending on the special values come before or with the Creation Tool. Den when I special values put on parts so this part must also have a story, not only in the description [as an old pen & paper RPG Dungeon Master, retired ] since then heard another mini quest to = D seek and find as the HotRod magazines = D
As the fallout settlers say "If you want eat, you must work for" =D
