Attention. After giving it some thought and talking with my friends in the community, I have decided to take the following course of action.
Most of my mods have been unhidden for the time being. I have received an overwhelming amount of support from so many users who have sent well wishes, and I appreciate this more than you know. I will no longer be providing support or updates for my mods until Nexus issues can be resolved. Please do not pm me for info regarding this, I will provide more info as I have it.
Could anyone tell me if there is a "sit" mod anywhere where the toon can just sit and look OUT as if looking and / or studying the land... This is a nice enough mod but is dozing or something - looking down.
Um. ... never mind. I somehow missed the other version.
Create a .txt file and save it to your Fallout -> Data folder.Name it WAIT. In the .txt file include the following line: showmenu sleepwaitmenu Save the file In Game, use your tilde key to open the console command. Type BAT WAIT and hit enter. Now you can both sit AND wait.
thx for writing this. I will try this instead. This mod seems to have a conflict, with 90% of all my mods. I wonder because no one else seems to have this.
Clean Save + this mod, with mods which are definitely do not trigger a CTD. Everything is fine, when I am loading the CLEAN save game.
Save the game again. Load the game again. After the loadscreen I get a CTD.
This happens with newer and older ones for me. It seems a few mods out there, like this one, which are incompatible with 90% of my other mods. I am just wondering because I am not using crazy s#*!, but no one else seems to have such problems with his modlist -.-
Whenever I use "sit" or "sit quietly" my character immediately cancels the animation and stands up.
This happens the instant I press the hotkey for sitting and I get the notification "Got Up" - 3rd or 1st person same frequency ~85% of the time.
Thought I 'd ask just in case, to inform, since the last person to ask was in May.
Still love your mod, one of the little changes I make that my friends all ask me "did you really download a mod just to sit on the ground?"... Yes I did.
this happens to me but only with the "Sit Quietly" Also it places another (Sit quietly) in the aid section each time I try using it. I noticed this after trying to use it 6 times and I had "Sit Quietly (6)" in the Aid section. I dropped 5 of them (they are folding chairs) and tried a couple more time just to have 2 more added. No idea what could conflict with this as it is the only such mod I have of this type.
I also get the auto-get up, but without the notification of "Got up", as well as the duplicating "Sit quietly" item. the normal sit one is perfectly fine. I like the quietly one so I hope it gets patched soon.
Yeah, I'll jump on this bandwagon too. Same exact thing. EDIT: Just for the helluvit I tried version 2.0. The "Sit quietly" animation works fine but it still adds another "folding chair" each time I use it.
Got the same issue with "Sit Quietly", I did notice that the mouse input will break "sit" as well when in progress of getting down to the floor. Per haps there is some input error working up. I am however no scripter so I'm, just guessing here.
Hi, I use your mod and try to find the holotape I found some "sitting setting" or something but I dont find the item for active the sit animation?? is there any console command for summon it or do I need reInstall the mods?
If it's not in your AID category or you put it somewhere you'll probably have to reinstall the mod with a clean save. -Uninstall -Load your game and make a hard save -Install They should now be under AID, at the bottom.
