this patch and the other one like it on here both show as "NOT COMPATIBLE", with SKE. Only in LOOT. They show up as perfectly fine in FO4Edit. Should I Just Ignore Loot? Or do you know how I can fix the "False Reading" ?

On one hand you can ignore it. On the other, another category will go missing in order to place it for reasons unknown.

I found out that with the latest patch some of your FormID List are altering the workshop menu:

i get double Furniture which overrides the structures tab
Vendors gets altered to Landscaping Form (which does not work for me, dont know why atm)
Cages are put in Miscellaneous which is working at attended
Raider gets altered to Wasteland Workshop Form

just posting this for people who have problems building structures like me.

Unfortunately my cages menu is missing altogether due to a conflict with a housing mod so this mod wouldn't fix anything for me.

The "BARN" category is still missing... Perhaps you forgot that one ??

Was wondering if you could check it out?

Thank you very much for this patch!

EDIT: sorry that was from Far Harbor DLC... my bad

There is a patch for that "Far Harbor Barn Items Homemaker Patch" (worked great)
Sorry just checked and it has been taken down.
Their is "Far Harbor Workshop Transfer", don't know what it does but sounds hopeful.
The first one may be on Bethesda.net or Google it.
I found a file which was taken down but available through google.

Been using this patch since it dropped and it works as intended. Was hoping you would make another for Wasteland Workshop Contraptions. Having the same compatibility issue with Homemaker.

Are you using Homemaker v1.35 (i was using v1.32e because after that the Vault Catwalk wouldn't work right, today swapped the folder)
Using v1.35 for me now allows the contraptions to show up correctly as far as i can see.
      Hope it helps.

Odd issue, but I'm pretty sure it's not this mod. The WW DLC, and this mod make zero changes in relation to the stores.

I've noticed that occasionally some things disappear from the build menu when standing at certain points in different settlements. This happened long before any DLC's came out though. For me it's items in the resource menu + the food and drink stores get greyed out. Try moving to different vacant parts of your settlement, and re-entering the build menu. If that doesn't work you can also check for conflicts in FO4Edit, which may help to track down the issue if it is mod related.

After walking around the food & drink category reappeared, I dunno, I've never had this problem before but it works flawlessly otherwise.

I've had that a few times, even before messing with Homemaker. Sometimes the Foodc&rink stores just don't feel like being there. Possibly some other mod doing it, possibly base-game bug; it's Bethesda so I'd lay even odds either way

Help! I'm trying to make a patch for one of my own mods, but I can't figure out how to esmify the esp file so that it can be used as a masterfile...

As one modder to another, can someone please for the love of god tell me know to esmify a file? Google is no help. Wrye Bash doesn't exist for FO4. How are you people making patch magic?

Well, it doesn't have to be an .Esm to become a master file, just make sure the file you want to have as 'master' is loaded before your patch and then select the fields you want, rightclick and select "copy as overide into" and select your patch. Then you get the "add xxx.esp as master file?" question, repeat with other fields if necessary. IF you have a LOT of mods, then you should only load up a minimum of mods into xEdit or else you might not get the files you want to edit available. There is some kind of limit in the forms at the "copy as overide into" and other forms, as I have seen. Good luck.
