I spent half of an Entire Afternoon trying to get this mod to work because I really liked the concept of it. The amount of times I opend FO4Edit to find the spell code and relaunching the game over and over again became such a pain in the ass to the point I gave up. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS POORLY MADE ESP!
Wasn't there a way to type some sort of ini tweak, and then copy and paste that console command in the ini along with the tweak to automatically load up that console command every time you play?
Edit* This seems to be it... sStartingConsoleCommand=
So in the case for this mod you would add a new line into your ini file under the [General] section reading... sStartingConsoleCommand=player.addspell xx000F99
You need to replace "xx" from "xx000F99" with Mod Index / Plugin Mod Index (at least that's what it's called in Vortex, in my case it's "A2", so it goes "A2000F99", without quotes). The file that needs to be edited is Fallout4.ini, make sure it's the one that your game actually uses otherwise it won't work. For me since I'm using Vortex it's the one found in AppData\Roaming\Vortex\fallout4. After you start the game and open console you should see the command already entered, which means it worked and you don't have to do it manually every time.
Sometimes mod authors take breaks. Sometimes mods are truly finished not abandoned. This mod deserved a better leading comment than the comment below me.
I would love to get this mod, but it seems half-finished. It should be applied to rain, and should go for all characters. It also shouldn't need console commands. Simply and sweet idea, but just seems released too early. I really hope you haven't abandoned this project.
Such a simple but useful idea! This seems like it would be very useful if added to the Aqua Boy/Girl perk, to make it more reasonable to invest a perk point into, since the other two effects can be achieved by other means.

Thanks!
Thanks again trainwiz. Excellent work as always!
Would be a real shame if it doesn't work.
That makes even less sense.
