About this mod

With my lackluster skill at the character creation system, I aim to add the original Vault 13 citizens to Fallout 4's Commonwealth; SPECIAL stats included.

Fluff

Playing Fallout 4, I realized something was missing. That little Fallout touch. So, I sat down, pulled out character portraits from the original game, and got to work.

What I ended up with were half-assed faces that barely resemble the original characters. Hey, I tried, alright?

EDIT: When making the characters, I was working off the original portraits where it was a monochrome green, hence why the blue eyes seen in the colored version are not seen in Natalia's character model. The next update will fix this soon.
Fixed in V13. (Pun not intended)
Description

This mod (if you can even call it that) contains save files of my mediocre attempts at creating the original Vault Dwellers of Vault 13, and placing them in the CommonWealth. Of course, this is NOT lore friendly.

The saves start you off fresh from Vault 111's freezer, with everything collected and no ammo used.

Suggested Mods (Make Fallout more like... FALLOUT!)
Pip-Boy
Pip-Boy 2500 retexture (Used in screenshots)
Remove the monochrome from Pip-Boy screen
Actual colored elements for the Pip-Boy screen
Sounds
Fallout 1 Thematic (Main menu replacer, UI, HUD, Intro video, music, death, etc.)
Fallout 1 Death
Fallout 1 Level Up
Fallout 1/2 Music
Fallout 1 EXP (Actually, it's the sound for when you selected items in Fallout 1, but it's a good replacer nonetheless.)
Gameplay
Damage Threshold
Removes limb auto-healing (You aren't friggin' Wolverine or Deadpool, mate!)
Mojave Imports (Adds in chems from across the entire franchise, such as healing powder or doctor's bags)
Bring back some of that brutal gore the franchise was known for!
Good ol' targeted shots! V.A.T.S.!
T-51 > T-60 (I'd rather remove that shoehorned joke entirely, but for now this is what we have.)
Pleasant UI (Fallout 3/New Vegas HUD)
FDI (ACTUAL. FUCKING. DIALOGUE.)
Binary Speech Checks (Dice rolls on how well you communicate is complete bull)
Classic Vault Suit (Brings back the original style of Fallout 1's Vault Suit, complete in all its skimpy-ness.)
Below The Belt (Dick shots are back! Here's hoping for the eyes, too...)
Some Assembly Required (Makes Power Armor as rare as it SHOULD be.)
Retextures
Mad Max Dogmeat
#MakeDogmeatBlackAgain (In the original, Dogmeat was black. This was the only black texture I could find that resembles that.)
Fallout 3 Dogmeat (What Bethesda thinks the original looked like)
Vault 13 suit
Fallout 1 Coloring (Brown galore!)
That endless desert we all know and love
T-51 Classic Paintjob
Advanced Power Armor Paintjob (Classic ENCLAVE)
