Hi, Long time listener, first time caller. Can anyone explain these Star Wars themed retexture mods? I don't have ANY GRIPE with them at all, more mods is better mods. I'm just trying to get into the head space of the people that are using them.
Are you imagining that you are playing in Star Wars? Is this hard RP for you, Or, like, do you imagine that Star Wars the movie exists within the Fallout universe, and these are like Star Wars merchandising that appear in the waste land? Like how do you mentally fit these mods into your game play?
I get mods that are total conversions, but just plopping a Star Wars themed tool box into Fallout confuses me, so I really sincerely and not trolling, would love to understand the motivation of people who use this kind of mod.
sigh... so narrow-minded, you do realize people can mistook these texture as Enclave/Institute stuff if they don't know that this is actually SW related right? There, role play anytime anywhere, it's in your head.
Yukihhirou you get it .. once the geck comes out alot more people will be making star wars mods and mine will get better . maybe one day total conversion . its real easy to role play... this is just another planet in the star wars universe . that's one of the reasons i made the recruitment posters and billboards.
I like Star Wars and yeah, these textures are out of place and all, but I'm playing on Medium, and it's my second go through. It's not like I'm getting immersed by the graphics regardless.
