   PSA: If anyone is having any issues with radiant quests please let me know, as that means I will need to find a fix for that.

   10/10! thank you so much man! I really wanted to play fallout but without the pesky giant gross insects everywhere, this mod was the ONLY working one I found.

   Can anyone confirm if this still works in 2022? Would be great mod if it does, because the flying insects are absolute hell to fight, because selecting their heads or torsos is so hard when their individual body parts are constantly moving around in VATS.

   Sadly, doesn't seem to work.  New game, just encountered Blood Bug Hatchlings right after Red Rocket entering Concord.

   I'm running vanilla FO4 (no dlc) and I am up to date with all updates. This mod is great however the one thing that I wanted to remove is the Radroaches. This is the only thing NOT removed from the game. I would be happy to provide logs or anything to help get rid of these vile, disgusting, disease carriers. Please and thank you.

       From what I can tell it doesn't remove them from the game just prevents them from spawning.
