Question: "Does this mod conflict with ..." (<- insert your mod here)
Answer: I have yet to see any actual conflict with snappy and any other mod. It is theoretically possible but would require another mod to overwrite resources from Snappy. If you are unsure - test it before asking. If there are weird stuff happening, get back to us, if not, you have your answer right there. We can't try and test every mod out there for conflicts, so if there would be a conflict we either wouldn't know about it, or if there was, we had written a note about it.
Had a few crashes where wrye bash points to a null form id from Snappy houskit esp, NAVM 00000000, is there anyway of fixing this, i have zero knowledge on mod fixing...any help advice would be appreciated..
ah hell, i'm running into these same damn ctd's, sigh.... i think i'm just going to take the mod out of my load order, i have never seen this many ctd's just when trying to use this mod, but now i feel like i might have to start with a fresh save because you can't just take out mods like that without causing more issues down the line, sigh... pain in the ass.
Is anyone having a weird issue with the wallpaper where the trim clips into the wallpaper tiles? Or is that just me? Before I was able to make it where they fit together seemlessly but now they clip like a motherf*#@ for some reason
[Window Title]TexGen[Main Instruction]Record [STAT:28002E81] in file Snappy_HouseK.esp is being overridden by record [DOOR:28002E81] in file Snappy_HouseK-AutodoorsPatch.esp.
tthere used to be a "clean" version someone did of this, where the vanilla walls were not dirty or grotty/damaged. i used to have it somewhere, but for the life of me, it's gone south, does anyone know what im referring to, it was a few years ago, i'm hoping someone still has it, ?
There are so many walls, which ones do you speak of? There are some clean walls in Shell kit section under shared> clean. There are also clean interior walls within interior kit as well as shell.
This guy has some mods that replace textures with clean versions I'm not sure if that's what you're thinking of. https://next.nexusmods.com/profile/dgulat/mods?gameId=1151 There's also this mod that adds clean warehouses. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35443
Unfortunately all the pieces seem to have mist, radiation, and in some cases like with the Deco, rain coming in. I'm working on either adding these features in as a stand alone patch to fix all the pieces, or finding one already out there that does. Unfortunately I think it's going to have to be the former. I'll post a link to it when I get round to it.
Unfortunately, that's the case with almost all mods: roofs don't stop rain and neither do walls. Rain is rarely vertical. From what I understand, this is something that needs to be changed or added to Nifscope.
There is a mod for Settlement Objects Expansion Pack - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075/? - called RainBeGone - No More Rain Falling Through (SOE Patch) - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075/? - which works and might be of interest...
I'm a first-time installer of this mod and I simply cannot get the menu to appear in my workshop, I've pretty much exhausted Google and this comment section looking for an answer so I'm finally posting this. The holotape appears and is craftable at the chem station, the holotape works, and it's in the load order both in-game and in my mod manager so it's definitely installed.
What I have tried to fix this (not necessarily in order): Settlement Menu Manager's settlement menu rescue feature Uninstalling and re-installing the mod Using the reinit function with the holotape Moving this mod to the top of my load order (or at least as far up as it'll go) Moving this mod to the bottom of my load order Installing the Snappy DLC Kits addon for this mod because ??? idk man I kinda ran out of ideas at this point
I'd love any advice on anything else to try, sincerely. I really want to use this mod, it looks awesome. I'm running the latest version of the game with a handful of other mods, and I install all of my mods with NMM.
Most essential #1 building mod! Thank you so much. After maybe 2 years of using your mod, I only have one request. Can you please navmesh the parking lot section stairs? Thank you
Does anyone know if there is a mod that edits Snnapy's textures so that the buildings look clean and without dirt? I like this mod, but I want to create clean settlements that look new, and this one has all the buildings with stained walls and other things, personally I like clean buildings.😅
For those wanting a clean version of Snappy, the secret is to find clean REPLACER mods. With only a few exceptions, Snappy just uses the textures found within the game itself, because the pieces themselves are also already in the game itself. So if you can find something that overwrites those textures in your own Data folder, Snappy will show those textures! Just be sure you're loading those replacer mods AFTER Snappy.
Personally, I've been editing the textures used within Snappy bit by bit over the years, until by now I can barely remember what it was like originally. It's very time-consuming--if you do it all at once! It also has some weird side effects, if you clean up something extremely broken-looking... and then run across your version out in the wild, in a building that's SUPPOSED to look destroyed. 😅
Once I finally get around to the trouble of making my textures into a standalone mod, I'll definitely be uploading it, but at this rate, it'll probably be months at best before I get to it, with years not being out of the question.
(I'm going for a realistically cleanish look, not a shiny plastic gleaming look, which sadly takes even more time.)

For example RedBrickWall is not red but more purple than red. Or white wall whit red texture are white textuere with purple.
I try lower version and same result.
I have installed Fallout London
