      I can't figure out how this mod would have any impact on health regen. The only line it has is "Player.modav 343 7"
      I have no idea what 343 is.

   every time I install this mod, I get a status " a problem c install ", can you fix your mod so people can install your mod.

      This mod can't go in the data folder, you need to put the .txt file inside the main folder (where the .exe is).
