DEV_UI can be used to further edit the UI if you want.
This was made with 1920x1080 (16:9) in mind. 

Installing HUD
------------------------
Insure that DEV_UI is installed:

1) Open your game Data folder and open the interface folder "Fallout 4/Data/Interface"
2) Drag/drop DEF_HUD.xml into the DEF_CONF folder located in Data\interface (replace file inside)
3) SafeZone values if there are any problems with the positioning : [15.0 , 15.0 , 64.0 , 36.0 , 64.0 , 36.0]
3) Play the game.

Uninstalling HUD
------------------------
1) Go to your Fallout 4 \Data\Interface\DEF_CONF, and delete DEF_HUD.xml
