well there's Idiot Savants and Genius Savants, which is how i always understood it. sort of the difference between Sheldon Cooper and a really heavily autistic kid who's scary-good at (insert difficult brain-breaking task here)
'Idiot Savant' has grown to be an archaic term in favor of 'savant' because not all savantsism presents itself with other mental disabilities, but the term 'genius savant', as far as I could find, doesn't exist as a solidified medical term but more of an urban-dictionary style layman term for a savant.
Yeah, the whole 'Idiot Savant means unintelligent!' is a big reason I really started bouncing around the idea of changing it, adding it to Luck seemed incredibly strange on top of that. Game Devs need to ingest less coffee and get more natural sunlight, I think.
