this mod unfortunately was my biggest performance killer. 120 fps down to 30 fps in certain areas.

Parts of Corvega Interior go from 110 fps without, to 30fps with this mod

Is this mod compatible with ENBs?

Simple, but effective! My favorite type of mods.

What settings did you adjust in the light to make the shadow break closer to the object?

Increasing "Near clip" did the trick.

Perfect, thank you! I have some various shadow lights I added and thought this was just Beth's buggy shadows at work.

Would increasing near clip fix the weird shadows you get from the pip boy light with shadows enabled?

Just tried messing around with it, but no it doesn't seem to affect anything on the pipboy light shadow.

Sorry for replying to an old post, but why did you need to adjust near clip for the spotlight? I can't find any documentation on it. I've been recently using FO4Edit to add shadows to the workshop spotlight turret and construction light and haven't run into any obvious issues yet.

BTW, I was going to try to add shadows to the wall-mounted workshop spotlight added by Automatron, but this mod affects those too, even though there's a separate entry for a workshop spotlight in Automatron. Any idea what that entry is for?

How do I disable this mod? I've disabled/uninstalled it with NMM and confirmed that the .esp was gone from the data folder. But the shadow effects still work. How do I undo what's been done with this mod?
    TIA

EDIT: Nevermind, it's working correctly. I was incorrectly testing it with worklights instead of spotlights.

I have not downloaded this mod due to the reason I give below and was wondering if anyone else has this problem/bug or knows of a fix for it, I have searched everywhere but can't find an answer, this mod popped up while googling so I thought I would ask here

All Hostile searchlights ingame point straight out, they dont move or track me, but I get the sound of them tracking me. It's like they have taken Viagra

Not having shadows is a big thing for me but no point adding mods for it if they look at the horizon
