Arena Syringer Ammo

Description
Adds a custom ammo for the syringer. This ammo will dynamically store up to 4 people for use to fight in your arena later. Under defense turret you can now craft the Main Console and 4 separate Transport Mats. Once you have 2 or more people stored you can go to your console and tell it to start the fight. It will then warp in the people you have saved, provided the Mats are there. The people will have their factions wiped and instead be hostile only to each other. If you activate the console to fight and have not placed the mats or the mats are not loaded, IE in another settlement, you will lose them in the transport matrix forever. Once you activate the console to engage the fight the transport matrix will be wiped clean allowing you to store 4 more people. This will store ANY actor type, turrets, creatures, dogs etc
Known Bugs
You can lose people in the transport matrix forever if you try to start the fight without the Mats down.
Some actors retain their protected status, scripts will not remove it.
