That's not what s/he was asking. TG will just get rid of it all. S/he wants to stop the movement. I have no idea how that could be done as I would assume the movement is part of the game engine? I really don't know I'm just spitballing.
As of December 2923, this mod is still working well. It changes the whole environment into something totally new, especially if you've been trudging around brown dirt for hundreds of hours...
If you can't get this to work, it's likely conflicting with another mod, but it does work fine.
Mod still works after install now perfect but you guys need to use 2 esp same time for example in my case Grassland Unhealthy and then in optional Grassland Unhealthy performance.
All moders should take a look to Nuclear Reloaded 1.6 and 1.7, that russian guy is doing a good job, but he is facing some issues and the mod has no negative impact in performance. I think you can all work together.
"In VR" being the key point here. Fallout 4 in VR is dicey at best, and it's unlikely ANY mod that alters the world significantly will work well or have good performance.
problem with grass mods is the same as the problem in skyrim, its always so long that you lose bodies in it, and many items you're supposed to find in a playthough are on, or near the ground, with these 1 meter long grass mods... you'll be running right past 30% of the loot in the world.
This would be a great mod if the length of the grass was cut in half, or maybe even a little more.
For the bodies, I usually use one of the several mods out there that highlight bodies you haven't looted. My biggest issue with these mods is that the grass clips through the floors in settlements so you basically have to build everything on high platforms which looks bad. It's a give/take though as the mod looks great.
@danwat801 you can change the height of the grass in your FO4 ini files.
Go into your Fallout4.ini and look for this:
[Grass] iMinGrassSize=40 bAllowCreateGrass=1
Yours may be different, but pay attention to the grass size. The bigger the number, the shorter the grass. Best to keep this between 20 and 60, any more either way and things start getting wonky.

Your hard work and attention to detail is worthy of a Kudo and my full Endorsement.

It affects performance. I lose 30 FPS in VR.
