The Mk 3 is now available for download at your closest files tab. Please proceed with caution as shirts are now craftable. Don't go too crazy guys.
Since I've got some good framework down, me thinks I'll probably work on a couple variants (colour/texture). Somebody wanted a blue version so I'll get around to making that. Any other suggestions would be nice. Snaziness is subjective after all.
Older: Invisible arms in first person bug has been fixed, Mk2 is now available; download if you dare.
FInally! Something to make Sturges look like more of a work.... err... Lumberjack. Goes great with the Hard Hat. Well I wasn't about to send him off to the local YMCA, but he's no good with a gun.
Well, now I just have to find a way to get him a chainsaw.
i was browsing through mods and found this.. awesome xD wonder if adding a 'red and white' and 'red and black' version would be a thing, considering when this was made x3
I like this shirt. A lot. I'm pretty sure I own a shirt that is almost identical but its in a suitcase in a wardrobe now. The prospect of a blue one excites me. I'm actually wearing a blue one now.
If I had one request, it would be that you made jeans that look as snazzy as the shirt. Normal jeans, that don't have some kind of bandage round the right knee. Or maybe even boots that don't go so high up the leg and are just normal style cat boots or something.
I guess thats two requests.
If I could mod I would try and do this, but I can't. I can post pictures of chequered shirts I own though.
Should probably stop drinking when I post things on the internet.
I am only a beginner to Fallout 4 modding, but this is how I'd make your outfit craftable. I have never made craftable clothing, just guns, gun mods, ammo and food...
NOTE... BACK-UP ALL YOUR FILES BEFORE DOING THIS. This works for me, but its easy to mess up stuff if you don't know what you're doing. I take no blame for any mistakes...
1. Load up FO4edit 2. Select your mod to load up 3. Go to the Fallout 4.esm and open it 4. Go down to CONSTRUCTIBLE OBJECT and open the list. Click EditorID at the top to rearrange the menu better... 5. Find a similar item to yours ( I used CO_MiningHelmet_Headlamp, right click it and select COPY AS NEW RECORD INTO. 6. Renaming it, ( keep CO_ part of the name, as CO means Constructible Object. It just keeps it easier to find your stuff )( eg CO_CheckeredShirt ) 7. Tick the box to copy it to your file 8. Refresh your files by opening and closing the file tree, for your checkered shirt mod. IE the minus sign at side of your file, the new file wont show until you open and close the list of files on your mod... 9. Open the new CONSTRUCTIBLE OBJECT list, then click on your new file to begin altering it... 10. Change names, description ( add ), created object to your object ( checkeredShirt ). 11. Bnam - Workbench, right click it and click add. WorkbenchChemLab ( this is the Chem Station tag ) 12. Fnam Category, right click it and add. RecipeUtility ( this will add it to the Utility section of the Chem Station ) 13. Exit to save your work 14. Check it in the game, check previews, check dropping your item to make sure the drop item is there and the correct one...
Note... I've tested the mod, and it works at making your item in the Utility section of the Chem lab, the outfit looks really good on my female character. But for some reason, won't show a preview of the item in the Chem lab crafting area. All other items I tried worked, your file seems to be missing a preview, and drop-able item.
I can't tell you what the problem is, as I haven't modded clothing...
I tried using the console command to get your clothes in, and it still has the same problem for me. AKA being invisible in the menu, and not being able to be dropped. Which just means you can't drop it on the floor...
Many thanks, unfortunately I don't know how to add this to the leveled lists. I can't imagine it's too difficult, I'll see if I can find a good tutorial and get back to you.
