It doesn't matter what the ammunition is made out of. All you get from deconstructing it is lead.
I personally use "Craftable Ammo" as a companion mod to this, but I didn't create it. If you check it, it will tell you its ammo recipes. You could probably use any other ammo-crafting mod you'd like as well. You'd have to look up their recipes on their own mod pages as well.
