Unfortunately, this wonderful mod I enjoyed so much stopped working for me. I did use "deeper male protagonist voice" mod. Could it be that the two audio mods clash for some reason?
If bethesda knew better theyd implement this entire songlist and build a game around the plight around being discriminated sheeeiiit all theyd have to do is make a story whgere the protaganist becomes a ghoul or a super mutant but then to many people would b&@*$ about politics. either way endorsing this likea mf this is as important to my load order as true storms or MCM
First up, gotta say this is a fantastic station I still love to jam to every time I get back into Fallout 4. However; I still can't find the name of one of the damn songs that is/was in the pack!
I can't give a great description of the song - only that it's a crackly older recording (maybe 20's to early 30's), and it's got both a male and female singer. A lot of the words are hard to make out, but I can still remember a fragment -
Ay, sorry for the necro-post. Just installed and if I don't deal with a fuckton of CTDs here in a minute with my >200 load order I'll get back to you with my best guess. I'm an audio engineer so I like to tell myself I'm good at this kinda shit.
Alright, so here's exactly what I found: "Somebody Keeps Calling Me" by Buddy Moss. I have both an Amazon link that lets you listen to it in full (helpful for me) as well as a Spotify link a friend dug up on my behalf (I refuse to make an account with those motherfuckers): https://www.amazon.com/Somebody-Keeps-Calling-Me/dp/B00UV1I5WS https://open.spotify.com/album/0aN7mRtgJoMSSgzJtS6krn?highlight=spotify:track:0w6GP4rLYsnzc1OvOpVpka
Edit: I believe there are multiple recordings of this song, as was extremely common in the period. I found it initially by searching "somebody's callin me 78 rpm" [78 rpm records are what the first successful "records" as we tend to think of them nowadays were instead of today's 33 1/3 rpm and 45 rpm formats]. I saw mention of Eugene Pardner (this is from memory, fairly sure about the first name). This Spotify link has other songs from the radio station though, so while that particular version isn't the same one, you can bet money it was a Buddy Moss song.
Sorry for necro , but thank for your effort , guess the other guy/gal and you not play it or still around anymore but i want to say that on their behalf
Well hot damn son I was not expecting to see Skip James here! I'm the type of guy to take a "History of Rock And Roll" course and finish with a "most influential rock musician" presentation about Skip. My only question then is: where's Catfish Blues? Lmao keep on keepin' on brother

"Lordy lordy lordy lord, lordy lord!
Somebody's callin' me!
Aahhh heeea, aahh heeea,
Somebody's callin' me!"
I swear I've gone through the songlist three times over, and I'm starting to go mad. I need to know. Can anybody help point me in the right direction?

It's as if they originally wanted that song playing there.
