Would it be possible to rewrite the conditions for Zeta Wave Barrel and Lorenzo's Artifact to check for quest stage completion, in addition to quest completion? As it stands, being able to craft Lorenzo's Artifact without siding with Jack makes siding with Lorenzo an optimal choice, since you get both rewards anyway. It looks like the quest stage that needs to be done for Lorenzo's Artifact is 1245 (the inverse would need to be applied for Zeta Wave Barrel).
Also, I noticed that while the B Logo is fully functional and applies a decal, it still can't be crafted.
I believe the reason the B logo was never made craftable was because of issues with the model at the time. I can probably fix that now and make it an option in CWMR, and then use the patch that has for this mod to deal with the duplicate No Logo recipe and anything else like that.
As for Lorenzo's Artifact, that's a good idea, though I found a different quest that can be used instead. Using that quest means you can only craft the mod after obtaining the unique weapon from Jack, which I feel is an even smoother way to handle it.
The Zeta Wave Barrel is one I'm less sure of making a change for, however. There's a Zeta Gun (and therefore the mod) on a table in Cabot House as soon as you gain access to the house, well before the final Cabot quest, and you can even get it without stealing before you meet Lorenzo. As you can obtain it no matter who you side with, I don't think that it needs more specific conditions than finishing the Cabot questline.
As I said in the Weapon Mod Fixes' comments, I'm in the process of updating my mods. There should be some instructions for a temporary fix on the page/comments for that mod.
