Yeas question: I use the 4-76's mod and this one, and I decide to build my house in the WRVR station. So I install the camp, I build a workshop inside the station, I kill all of the npc inside and remove then BUT...Every containers who are already here AND when I build news containers and when I put a object inside, well when I decide to put it back in my inventory well it's like if I steal myself. How fix it?
If anyone is interested if it works with See you Sleep... I've just tested it and it won't work. You can sleep, but after that you cannot get up and you will be stuck on the sleep animation.
@seanms1991 Did you ever consider porting this to xb1 as well? I've used your grenades expansion pack 1 and 2 (helped you test 2 if you remember) and the weapon mods. I think this is nice light weight immersive addition as well. Just a thought.
I don't like lots of items added with mods. I don't like mods that aren't immersive. This mod is.. IMMERSIVE! SMART! PERFECT! Thank you Sean_s for your outstanding work!
Love the mod, light-weight version of that other weird camping mod with too much stuff. Is there any chance we could get a version without the container or could you tell me which records to remove from the .esp?
It's fantastic for that, I just wish I could get a good sleep in the thing. I haven't dug through the CK yet to see if it's a matter of changing a keyword or flag or if it's something scripted or hardvcoded.
Sleeping bags in survival.. all sleeping bags are coded to prevent extended sleep. Dunno why.. but just like dirty mattresses you can only sleep so long at once.. you can however sleep more than once. It does put you at risk for lethargy, but if your really tired. sleep in your bag you wont be so tired.. wake up.. sleep again and you improve. but that ol' lethargy can sneak up on ya. or you can sleep.. then take the edge off with a Nuka..
It woke me up after 5 hours, and I had no benefit. So, I slept for ANOTHER 5 hours...and got no benefit. One of us is going to have to figure out how to fool the game into thinking a custom-made sleeping bag is good for sleep.
I know, I know...realism ('cuz nobody ever gets a good night's sleep in a sleeping bag IRL). *chuckle*
that's odd. Now granted.. I don't get a full or good rest. But my character is showing rest improvement in the bags. IE I am seeing changes.. and normally if really tired I sleep, then do a Nuka and I am ok ( caffeine hit of course ) mmm. or it may be I am thinking of built in ones. I ll have to double check if I do in these also or not, I could be simply confusing myself more with thinking, since I will happily admit I now have myself confused as to where I did last see the changes. Worse case.. if I am not showing any benefit.. its a great save point. On that note.. the weight is easy to change if it is just a save point to carry. *** Yep, did a sleep with the bag. Its just like the built in ones. While I went from really tired to still sleepy, its just like the built in. A blast of Nuka perks you up of course. Honestly I think the whole survival system from Beth seems rather slammed together, clunky and not very balanced. But that is a chat for another place or time..
mmm. and me being me.. I did some more research. A chat with a few other folks and another mod creator revealed some info that may or may not be exactly accurate. The whole sleep / food thing is coded with the idea that its supposed to represent a build up of fatigue / lack of proper diet while being a roaming scavenger etc. Ok.. that kind of makes sense. A detailed check by another guy states his findings as: Sleeping in bags seems to have a timer. IE Sleep really tired you wake up less tired ( true.. that's what I was talking about ) but you cannot remove your still tired with more sleep until you find a bed, or drug it away temporarily. ( yep.. I know that one. I was sure I had tricked the sleep.. but eh.. I also admit I had myself confused on tracking my sleep ) His tracking shows 6 hours in a real bed minimum for a chance at well rested. Modder input is that while he found a way to change settings on bed / bags etc. Its not worth the risk to dorking up your game. Plus as the animations are now, changes put the animations off. Such as causing people to float in the air.. another lets wait on the full ck to see how things go from there. ( on a side note.. I cant wait to see some new FNIS type animations.. May have to get into that realm myself. ) I am looking myself for an actual clean / dirty ability that will factor into the disease portion. Of all the things I am a bit disappointed with as is now in survival, I was really hoping a hygiene system would factor in...
For those looking for a quick save option. Combine this mod with SOS no sleep save mod. It allows you to save without sleeping when you use a bed or sleeping sack or matress.

Can you implement a warning for suitcase users evertime they place a new suitcase and still have another in use. So then one can accept or dismiss the suitcase before one looses the other suitcase and its loot. I am in survival mode and I mistakenly threw a suitcae instead of grenade.. The problem is I still had another suitcase in use which then was deleted. I didnt think of this so I continued playing and saved a few times till I decided to go back to where I had placed my first suitcase. Because of how survival mode is built with max 3 saves. I had nomore save with my precious suitcase with really rare loot, which now was gone forever.
Strange, you actually can lay down more than one suitcase. I think you got too far away from it and it despawned. That said, I might be able to fix the despawning issue. I sort of let this mod go expecting most people to move on to the Campsite mod. I should still at least fix this issue, since I now can.
Also, a reply to your bug report, I'm not sure if there is anything I can do about that, that may be an engine quirk.
Also a reply to everyone else in this comment chain, I think the sleeping bags are good it stays the way they are. Mostly because I don't think a sleeping bag should be the primary solution to ones sleep deficit, as that would take would remove the whole gameplay element of sleep and just make it an annoyance rather than a survival aspect.
Thx for the fixes. It seems hotkeys now finally persist as intended.
I hope you continue this mod. I like it because it is small. Campsite offers features I dont use and I would like to keep out of my game just due to my gaming style.
The script that controls sleeping and beds looks for keywords. Remove the keyword on the sleeping bag HC_ObjType_SleepingBag [KYWD:00000816] and the one with ground (AnimFurnGROUNDBedAnims I think) in the name.
ADD: AnimFurnBedAnims [KYWD:000BC262]
Leave: IsSleepFurniture [KYWD:00021B18]
In the end you should have two keywords on the bag. AnimFurnBedAnims [KYWD:000BC262] IsSleepFurniture [KYWD:00021B18]
That makes the sleeping bag look like a normal, clean bed.
i can't reproduced this bug , i just tried it again , and game doesnt crash. but the molotov and flower i put in it get back instantly when i pack the suitcase. i though the goal of suitcase was to free some weight.
and last point, the oil lamp doesnt spawn when i use it.
