Either download the True Neutral save (no gang choice) or the semi-neutral save (operator and pack gang chosen.) Sorry it took so long folks, but here it finally is. Enjoy.
Q: Did you use any mods while making this save? A: Nope
This is not true. When I load the save (Fallout 4 Vanilla completed savegame and Mechanist) in MO2, it says it's missing a number of mods, such as Shaun.esp, CraftingWorkbench.esp, Manufactured.esp, LegendaryModification.esp, Craftable Armor Size.esp, and more. The main file does not have this issue, but seems some of the other save games do.
The save file of Vanilla + Automatron (pre faction) is quite nice. Thanks fo the efforts. Just one small thing is a bit messy...The supply lines all start from Sanctuary. It truly freaked me out when I pressed the "Show Supply Line" button for the first time. If there's a version without existing suppy lines, that could be fantastic, but as I said it's just a small thing. Lots of thanks anyway :)
why is it so hard to find a save game where no one has built ugly ass settlements....I jsut want a saved game, no settlement builds, no mods, all dlc's done. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO FIND ON NEXUS MOD MANAGER FQUAK!!!
You ARE aware that you can just tear down the settlements and build them back up the way you want, right? These files have literally everything else you're looking for, all DLCs, no mods, a ton of legendary and non legendary items in the various containers, multiple suits of all the PA's, and a ton of scrap to rebuild any or all settlements to whatever style you want...
Just a word on this: no way is another player going to do everything the same way we would ourselves. When you stop to think about it, the settlment stuff that is there is bare bones. (Seriously? A separate little generator for nearly every powered grid/object; etc. lol And the only location tricked out is Starlight Drive-In from what I've seen so far. Some interesting and creative choices there, too.)
It might have been a good idea to turn off/store all the recruitment beacons before saving, etc. and having all the provisioners set up to run from Sanctuary causes traffic jams at times, but all this can be rectified either with console commands or the old-fashioned, "immersive" way. It's obviously an ordinary savegame, played normally, not specifically to create a downloadable savegame file, and you can't call it a complete savegame file without building up the settlements at least to the absolute minimun.
Yeah. if I were creating a savegame file specifically for download, I'd do everything settlement-oriented differently and most definitely not "romance" a NPC to keep it as generic and clean as possible (actually, I wouldn't do that anyway), but it's not my save game. It's heatedsun's savegame and that's fine for the purposes either of testing mods or just having fun with DLCs or what have you. My only other option would be to go back to 2015 and dig up/clean my one and only fully completed savegame file, if that could be done at all. Ths is more viable as I'm not sure I could even find it; did use mods back then; and my load order has changed countless times. So, thank you, heatedsun, for saving me a ton of headaches. It's an excellent testing file.
