Interesting that you didn't actually fix the problem as you described it.

The main issue, as you have mentioned is, you are forced to play a Charismatic character in order to unlock the perk. A tragic waste of skill-ups for anyone not interested in a high Charisma character. 7 levels have to be invested if you started with 1 Charisma, to unlock features that would require Intelligence more than Charisma. Doesn't even make sense.

Requiring a balance of stats would make more sense. 3 CHR and 3 INT or some such.

There IS a mod that switches lady killer/black widow to 6 CHR and Local Leader to 2 CHR, which makes far more sense that way around. Not that it matters too much to me, I always play a charismatic character.

HOLA BOYS I'VE FOUND THE MOD I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR.

This works well with my mod and it gets rid of the annoying perk requirement we all know and love/hate.

So you basically made it even easier to get a s#*!-load of caps? The vendors are more than balanced for what they provide.

But I still find it a little bit tedious having to get 6 CHR and 2 perks just to build something as simple as a vendor (As I think that's what a lot of people would naturally want to do when they are building a town or something). Not to mention tier 1 vendors actually don't generate a lot of caps per day, when shooting raiders in the head is a much more viable way to earn caps.

But anyway, I could make another esp to decrease the caps earned per day if people so desire.

You need Level 20, Charisma 6 (and that you can get instantly at the start of the game if you choice), and 4 available perk points, that means as soon as you are Level 20, everything store related is available.

Level 20 is very easy to achieve in this game, and if you wont even do that to build a few stores, you may as well just go in to godmode and get them that way.

But this is just my opinion, and I'm a heavily on the survival aspect of the game, this makes it far too easy, even though it already is quite easy.

No they aren't, the amount of caps you get from having all of the tier 3 vendors is about 100 caps every 2-3 days, it's inconsistent and buggy so almost never guaranteed. You could gather more caps looting a raider and selling their gear.

Thank you for this. I hardly ever run a high charisma build but wanted a bar just to give my settlers something to do of an evening. This mod does just that and finishes off my settlements nicely. Thank you.
