Akalor, I'm finding the Gunners are very reminiscent of Talon Company and I want to relive my FOOK-modded days from FO3. Would you care to oblige me in blackening the Gunner Guard Outfit? Its ID is 00223CFA.

File couldn't test it ingame though, sorry, please report back if it looks awful (so many requests all the time q_q)
I'm happy to say it turned out as hoped, and your work inspired me to look into changing the decal itself (for ultra immersion, I guess) by learning how the DDS files are made/handled
