Hi! How to prevent the cells to reset? After a very demanding cleaning, for my sad surprise, a lot of what I'd cleaned( buldings, cars, vegetation...) had reappeared.
Neat mod, seems to work as advertised with no major glitches. Couple things to note for those thinking about downloading this mod... First, a decent scrapping mod is almost required to get rid of a lot of the junk in the way, but even then there are things that cannot be scrapped (like the flame effects on the burning trees), which is a little annoying. Not the mod's fault, just the way the base game was designed. Second, the workshop borders are invisible, so it's kind of tough to get a feel for your build zone, and it cuts off in weird places (like down the center of the Red Rocket and between the motel swimming pool and building). Again, not the mod's fault since it's just using the existing borders already programmed into the game. That being said, it's actually a pretty huge build area that includes the police station, most of the cliff houses, and like half of the motel. Lots of building potential, but remember that since the area was never intended to be a settlement by the developers, it's gonna have some rough spots.
Those flames can probably be removed by console command. Hit the ~, then click it and type "disable" without the quotes. If it dissapears, you've got the right item selected and can type in "markfordelete" so it doesn't continue to load and use up space. If it doesn't vanish, you've selected the wrong thing. Type "enable" and keep going til you get the flames.
a few weeks ago i found this place in the game for the first time and i was like man this would be an outstanding place (for the vanilla game) to make a settlement and here I am downloading your mod today, so thanks!

For those wondering, yes it attracts new settlers, they go to work as they should, doesn't replace any settlement that I can find. Looks fantastic!
