NCR could easily expand to Massachusetts, they have no real opposing enemy on the west coast. NCR and BOS clashing for the commonwealth is definitely a possibility. i would love to see a back story and this mod fleshed out more though
I think he mean that the leveled list of the minutemen should be replaced so the minuteman spawn with the items of this mod instead of the original minuteman armors
Exactly. Spawn it instead of the cow polk uniform and download some flag re-placers and what not and huzzah. New Commonwealth republic. I'm to preoccupied keeping you all safe from dimensional energy sucking reptiles at the cost of my own joint fluid and will to tango to to learn leveled list integration stuff.

Weapons wont be added, simply because I am no modeller, I might make a compatibility patch I guess. Level lists are easy enough to edit.
