Safe to use
A variety of retextures for the Scouter by Ruddy88 and it needs to be downloaded first before installing my file.
Use NMM to install and click yes to overwrite the original lens textures and your good to go! :D
Also you should definitely check out KonZikawa's Scouter goggles it's an awesome extension to the scouter mod and adds a very nice variety of styles you can choose from!
