That would go so insanely well with my good guy character. He's got a "local police force after his military service" backstory and is now fighting to 'get this mess back on track' - not expecing money but seeing it as his duty...

This is a great texture, but I've wondered, what the hell is a cop in power armor going to do to me if I don't listen? He can't hit me with anything because even if he didn't have strength enhancement (which I understand PA requires because of weight), the sheer weight of his arm would maim/kill. "Why yes, officer, those cuffs are too tight, I can see bone..."
Martial Law has been declared for the past 200 years. Killing you for failure to comply with law enforcement personnel is a 'lawful use of lethal force' as far as the government is concerned.

I think this is great, one it is the T-51b which is the mass produced power armor that the US used to police its own people and, two the choice of the sky blue color really goes well with the setting in that it looks like a 1950s color palette choice.
I just had to comment, this is beautiful! I think it's your best paintjob yet, and double-kudos for making it a T-51 suit!! Your police paint scheme really stands out, and it makes me think of doing a playthrough of Nora as "The Law", LOL!
Because T-51 and X-01 ale classic Fallout canon power armors, while T-45 and T-60 are only Bethesda's own new creations. And yeah, T-51 looks ugly because its model is based on old Fallout 1 sprites and cutscenes, but it's a beloved canon in a way that no other power armor can be.

The T51 is "the "Prewar Police Power Armor and secondly, the T51 [how X1] armor has the veterans bonus and are my favorites.
as you say already the most playing with the T45 / 60 and with special paints gets the T51 again increase in players.
