READ THIS: The new version's name in game is Turtle School Gi, so if you've downloaded the old version and update please use console command "help turtle 4" to find the new one. I added a few touch ups and a female version of the file. I'm still working on the CBBE enabled one.
This is my first mod so if there are any issues please let me know. I was surprised that someone made a scouter with no other decent dragon ball z clothing so I decided to try my hand at this.
