6.0 is up! This changes dependency to The Mercenary. If you want to keep using the original mod, the old versions are still around.
Differences: This version doesn't include the naming rules, as I don't really have time to fix them now, and it only affects the pieces of Rebel armor that were included with the original. (Not the balaclava, the sleeveless one, etc) I may change this later, but I'm kinda busy right now.
There's a download of just the ESP and new textures if you want to update that way. I'm uploading the full packages right now.
FOR ANYONE WHO DOWNLOADED THE BRIEF 5.3: There was a bigger mistake than I realized in 5.3. I've fixed it now and added the proper textures.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAA - Alright, 6.1 has an important fix and some missing files. That should 100% fix it. That's what I get for trying to update during holidays, man.
Hi there! I am working on The Mercenary Pack - Reinvention and I have been using your mod as a requirement for the assets. Thanks a lot for this work, it gives more options and variety to the great Mercenary Pack. I was wondering if I can have permission to use your assets as I want to tweak a few more stuff in the future and it would be great to simplify the download of my mod. Of course credits to you and all involved. Thanks again and hope to have reply soon!
P.S.- I wanted to talk in private but I guess Nexus remove that option?! EDIT: There's a new system instead that I didn't notice lol
That's great to know! I am glad. Please let me know if you want more details about it. I am currently updating the mod but it is not gonna have yet your assets merged. That will be for a next one as have other checkpoints to do. Thanks again and have a nice day!
If I don't have "The Mercenary" (I don't want to mess up leveled lists anymore) and I *only* want the Minutemen version, can I just download one of the 1.x versions and would that work?
I love these outfits so much. They fit the theme and aesthetic of the game perfectly, and they integrate incredibly well with a ton of other mods. These retextures deserve to be included in the main Mercenary Pack mod in my opinion.
This might sound weird, but I'd love to see variants of these without the faction insignias on them too. I love the faction specific outfits, but I don't really want to wear an Institute outfit with my Minutemen character, and I REALLY love the white and black color scheme of the Institute outfit. The Minutemen, Old World, and US Army outfits work perfectly with this character. The Old World texture is currently my main outfit. The BOS and the Institute outfits won't be getting much use with this character though, since this is a Minutemen/Railroad character. Just a thought that would make this a bit more versatile of a mod.
So just downloaded this for xbone. The mod itself looks awesome. But i cant seem to access any mods to change the skins. Is it under AE workbench, or the armor workbench or am i just missing something. I came here cause the mod description on the xbone was kind of plain and to the point. Not a lot of info was on the description. Is it mu load order and do i NEED the base version. Cause i have AE and Merc Pack and thise seem to have come with a already reuploaded Rebel variant. I do enjoy the standalone bu do i need it for all this all to work.
I should probably add that it says something about permissions, so i am going to assume that you didnt port it. I just hope they did correctly if you didnt port it.
I gave it permissions, yes. Recipes for the Rebel Armor armor itself should be in the AE workbench, but changing the skin is done in an armor mod on the armor workbench. If that doesn't work, you should ask in the comments on the port.
Thank you for replying, just two questions. Do i need your standalone version to make it work, and would happen to know the authors page for the port so i could ask if there are any issues
I don't think you'd need any of mine to make it work since I don't have anything on X-bone. The page for the mod is... I mean, I assume it's where you download it from on X-bone. You might need to search it on the Bethesda mods site?
Hey man awesome mod. Im on Xbox one tho and I downloaded it and it doesn't seem to work on Xbox one. Not sure if you ported it or not...but was wondering why it doesn't work if it's the wrong port over or that the Xbox one Version of the the Merc is a lil out dated...just wanted to know cause I would really like to use this mod.
