if you use Nexus Mod Manager, then an installer should pop up the second you activate my mod in the mod manager. in that, you can choose language, but English is default.
if you install it manually, make sure you only copy the contents of the "main" folder and "optional_scripts\00-AffinityCheck" folder to your Fallout 4 Data folder and nothing else. any folder with a suffix like "_GER" "_RUS" "_NOR" etc are optional language versions.
same happen to me with german. The Messagebox and Infoteaser on top left working great. However, close before you get this Messagebox, the subtitle isn't translated from the companions, its all in english. So I checked the ESP file and seen that little problem. I reported it in your bug-thread. If you want, I could help translate it in (complete) german. At least i have to say this tool really cool. thank you for this work.
