   Seeing as you're halfway there, you should just go all out and make a full body body and face, Thundercats recolour of the skins...

      I tried, but unfortunately you can't change the player's texture without changing everyone's. Hopefully that will change once the offical tools are released... though I suppose one could just change the vault suit.
      
      and Good point about the Thundercats, maybe I'll make another version of this for them.

      I forgot about the female skins being linked to all the females, and underwear...
      
      I guess I'll have to wait for a new race mod to be released, like Skyrim. That would be funny in the mirror scene, if you could choose other races...

      Update: So I kinda found a workaround for adding unique skinned female player characters and no changes to the npc female characters
