    Hi I only started using flares after I downloaded this mod. The first 2 flares I used worked just fine, but I've never had anyone respond since those. I don't even get any notification saying no ones available.

    Are there any known mod conflicts?

      Doubt it unless you use a minuteman overhaul which would make this obsolete anyway.

    you should change the cooldown to 0
