After adding this and required mods Armor can be crafted at the Armor workbench under the "OTHER" category

Crafting Workbenches - Craftable Weapons Armor Clothing Ammo Junk
Darth-Vader Armor with Havok Cloth Physics
After adding this and required mods Armor can be crafted at the Armor workbench under the "OTHER" category
