= Installation =

Extract the package into the location of your Fallout 4 executable (NOT DATA FOLDER!). (By default this is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4.

= Usage =

- Start up your game and head to the settlement you wish to expand.
- Stand in front of the workshop and use it to open the construction menu.
- Open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key.
- With the console open left click the workshop.
- Type the following without the quotes into the console: "bat expandsettlement"
- *OPTIONAL*Type the following without the quotes into the console to add the perks to build everything: "bat startbuild"
- Perform any construction tasks you would like to do. You can close the console by pressing the tilde (~) key.
- *OPTIONAL*Type the following without the quotes when you are done to remove the perks added by above: "bat stopbuild"

Important Note: The optional items are highly recommended for non-serious playthroughs or at the very beginning of a playthrough before you have placed any perk points. These items will add perks that benefit your character outside of settlement building, and can ruin your playthrough if not turned off!

= Removal =

Find where your default location of your Fallout 4 executable. (By default this is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4.

Delete the following files:
- expandsettlement.txt
- getbuildmats.txt
- startbuildmode.txt
- stopbuildmode.txt
- Settlements_Expanded_README.txt
