Version Alpha1.8
I took out all the new changes to the Worldspace due to bugs. Namely Red Rocket and Sanctuary area. This should allow this plugin to be bug free. I will add these fixes back in when the G.E.C.K. comes out and I can edit the worldspace without glitches.
Post war Vault 111 completed.
- added fixtures for light spots with no sources.
- aligned light spots to sources.
- calibrated all the lights for a less washed out look.
- adjusted direction ambient to even out the overall lighting.
- configured image space settings for a more balanced HDR look.
This is just a small piece of whats to come. I realize now how daunting of a task it is to fix the whole game like I have done to Post War Vault 111, but I am determined. Hopefully when the G.E.C.K. comes out it will make my job much easier.

Some how my last RealisticLightingTS1.6 file did not contain all of my reworked weathers for the True Storms. Not sure how this happened. This update fixes that.
I also fixed some minor flaws in RealisticLighting. Not sure if it really had any effect.

Fixed a problem with one of the lights in Red Rocket. Just an oversight from v1.5.

Reworked Pre-war Vault 111. Calibrated ambient lighting and image space and specific lights to balance out the lighting. Removed lights with no source, moved lights to line up corrctly with sources.
Reworked Red Rocket area. Calibrated lights so they dont bleed through walls. Added flourescent light bulbs for lights with no sources.
Calibrated sneak detection to compensate for the extra darkness.
Using new knowledge to adjust light properties has allowed me to fix lights for specific areas without altering how lights look in other areas. I hope this helps with complaints about settlement lights being too dim.

Reworked MistyRainyNight to eliminate visual glitches with the fog settings.
Fixed issues with effects lighting which cause windows and certain signs to glow at night.
Re-calibrated fog and mist settings for all weathers for more realism.
